Winter has arrived. It has its own beauty, but I want to bring back some sunshine in this post. This photo session awakens an almost summer feeling. You can hardly believe it took place in November!
Ms. Ma had completed her master degree at the Erasmus School of Law and thought it was a perfect moment to hold a special photo session – to reward herself for all hard work with some fun, update her photo collection and create special gifts for her parents in China.
Clothes and styling are very important for a photo shoot and we have discussed several outfits in advance. Our location was a small natural resort at the outskirt of Rotterdam. It was full of romantic and magical wood spots perfect for our photos. Sometimes it felt like some kind of hidden Wonderland with picturesque trees, mushrooms, and even a “rabbit hole”.

Some photos look as if we were at the sea – there was a small picturesque sand beach at the bank of the Maas River. Leave out the industrial background an you get illusion of a seaside.
