Demi: Rotterdam child photo session

Today I have a birthday girl in the spotlight! The star of this photo session is Demi who just got 7 years old.

Demi’s mother Yvonne wanted to make special portraits of Demi at this beautiful age, and we had a photo session a few weeks ago. We held at at Demi’s home in Rotterdam. Home is one’s trusted territory where you can always feel at ease. Demi also needed extra comfort for her photo session: she has a physical impairment and moves around in a wheel chair.

Demi has a joyous character, enjoys school and dancing classes and is a big fan of K3 group. She also likes to be photographed and made a lovely model, as you can see! It was a pleasure to photograph this sweet and pretty little princess. We have made a whole album full of natural and speaking portraits, of Demi alone and together with her beautiful mother.
