Last Sunday I had a family photo session with expats Lena and Dennis, their little daughter Taya (sixteen months old) and Lena’s mother who was visiting them. We started the photo session indoors and then walked in a local park in Rijswijk. What a lovely spring day it had become (finally)! Warmth and sunshine, emerald grass and trees, bright fragrant flowers, birds singing – it was a wonderful time for some fun and for a outdoor family portrait session!
I particularly enjoyed the way everybody had some creative ideas for our little walk. Dennis is a perfect father and always knew how to make Taya laugh. Lena kept a surprise for all of us – she turned out to be an expert in blowing bubbles, most big and bright ones! And Lena’s mother made a gorgeous crown from field flowers – everyone had a chance to try it on to get a feeling of a spring festival.
